1. 서비스 개요 / Service Overview

Clipnara는 AI 생성 이미지/클립을 포함한 다양한 미디어를 업로드·보관·공유할 수 있는 커뮤니티형 플랫폼입니다. We provide original retention, automatic thumbnails, albums/collections, private links, and NSFW flags.

2. 자격 및 계정 / Eligibility & Accounts

• 연령 / Age: 만 16세 이상. 지역 법령에 따라 상향될 수 있습니다. The minimum age is 16 (or higher under local laws).
• 정확한 가입 정보 제공 및 계정 보안 유지. Provide accurate info; keep your account secure.
• 타인 계정 사용 금지. No use of another person’s account.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠 / User Content

• 귀하는 업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보유합니다. You retain copyright.
• 라이선스 부여 / License Grant: 귀하는 서비스 제공·운영·표시·저장·전송·리사이즈/인코딩·프로모션을 위해 전 세계적, 비독점, 로열티-프리, 서브라이선스 가능한 권리를 Clipnara에 부여합니다. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process (resize/transcode), display, distribute, and promote your content.
• 원본/메타데이터 처리: 개인정보 보호를 위해 EXIF(GPS 등) 제거 등 합리적 처리를 수행할 수 있습니다. We may process metadata (e.g., remove EXIF/GPS) for privacy/safety.
• 백업·캐시·CDN: 콘텐츠는 백업/캐시/CDN에 일정 기간 남을 수 있습니다. Content may persist temporarily in backups, caches, or CDN.

4. AI 생성물 / AI-Generated Works

AI 생성물은 타인의 권리(저작권·상표·초상권 등)를 침해하지 않는 범위에서 허용됩니다. AI-generated works are welcome if they don’t infringe others’ rights.

5. 금지 행위 / Prohibited Conduct

• 불법·혐오·폭력 선동·아동 성착취·사기성 스팸 금지. No illegal, hate/violence incitement, child sexual abuse, or fraudulent spam.
• 멀웨어·자동화 남용·서비스 방해 금지. No malware, abusive automation, or service abuse.
• 사생활 침해(도싱 등) 금지. No doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal info.

6. NSFW 및 표시 / NSFW & Labeling

성인/선정적 콘텐츠는 NSFW로 정확히 표시하고, 지역 법령과 가시성 규칙을 따라야 합니다. Adult/sensitive content must be flagged as NSFW and comply with laws & visibility rules.

7. 신고·중재·삭제 / Reports, Moderation & Removal

• 신고 접수 시 검토 후 표시 제한·삭제·정지 등 조치를 취할 수 있습니다. We may restrict visibility, remove content, or suspend accounts upon review.
• 삭제 시에도 법률상 또는 백업 목적상 잔여 사본이 남을 수 있습니다. Residual copies may remain for legal or backup purposes.

8. 저작권 / Copyright (Takedown)

권리 침해 주장은 아래 연락처로 통지하십시오. 소유권 증빙 및 문제 URL/해시를 포함해주세요. Send claims with proof of ownership and URLs/hashes to: [email protected]

9. 이용 한도·요금 / Usage Limits & Fees

형식·용량·트래픽·API 등 합리적 한도를 둘 수 있으며, 공지 후 변경될 수 있습니다. Reasonable limits may apply and may change with notice. 유료 기능/제3자 비용은 별도 고지됩니다.

10. 제3자 서비스 / Third-Party Services

OAuth 로그인, CDN, 결제 등 통합 서비스는 각 제공자 정책의 적용을 받습니다. Integrated services (e.g., OAuth login, CDN, payments) are subject to their terms.

11. 계정 해지 / Termination

약관 또는 정책 위반 시 사전 통지 없이 계정을 제한·정지·해지할 수 있습니다. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice.

12. 보증 부인·책임 제한 / Disclaimers & Limitation

• 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. The Service is provided “as is”.
• 법이 허용하는 한 당사의 책임은 사용자가 지난 3개월간 지불한 금액(있다면)을 상한으로 합니다. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months, where permitted by law.

13. 약관 변경 / Changes

중요 변경 시 합리적 수단으로 공지하며, 공지 이후 지속 이용 시 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. We will notify material changes; continued use means acceptance.
